Compact monitor cart booting up in german

I have a compact that the monitor cart seems to have switched over to german. The monitors have a horizantal scroll that seems like maybe the wrong power frequency. The memoscop boots up and eventhough the monitors are scrolling i can make out that it is now in german instead of english. It is aslo not letting the c-arm fully boot up, sometimes error 4022, 4021, 4029 but most times just hangs up with no display. Any help would be great.

It is in Default. There is a procedure to get it out. Call 888-428-9729 for help. Ask for Max.

Invoke the Technical Setup - "Control T"
Press the '2' key
Press the '>' once for a 525 monitor or 3 times for a 120Hz monitor.
after the desired frequency is reached press "return key"
then ">!<" to escape service menu
Once the unit comes up in the correct frequency invoke the Technical setup menu again and choose language and change it to English or whatever language you need.
